How to use this with the book
- Read the matching story pages together.
- Open that room and use Discover and Hear.
- Play the short game once or twice.
- Try the real-world practice prompt away from the screen.
- Use the interactive Keyboard to hear note names, steps/skips, tones/semitones and the C-major tonic triad.
- Use the Music Maker to create with the new idea.
Follow the book’s pace: some ideas, especially keys and key signatures, are introduced for exposure rather than immediate mastery. Keep sessions short and avoid turning the rooms into tests.
